In this role, you'll help build the technology responsible for our integration services. Your work will influence the success of companies across the world. Members of our Technology team are experts in the field, working to evaluate and improve today's systems while building tomorrow's.

As an Implementation Consultant Advisory, you will be responsible for onboarding and rolling out of new clients on our standard integration platform. You will be required to work directly with the client to perform these implementations, consult on the product suite and / or discuss application design. You will also be responsible for early engagement with Project/Implementation managers from other Fiserv teams and/or clients, identify/help clear roadblocks, negotiate deadlines, define priorities with implementation engineers, and manage risks.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• You will perform software support and implementations for Fiserv’s clients via telephone, e-mail, and web-based contact channels.

• Deliver professional and timely client/internal communications regarding current implementation/support cases.

• You will thoroughly track, organize and document all product and support related activities.

• You will develop and maintain a full understanding of Fiserv products and services and stay abreast of relevant industry trends and best practices.

• Handle mission critical projects during and after implementation.

• Perform Automation with RESTAssured, Manual Testing, Test case preparation, use JMeter for Performance Testing

• Minimal travel may be required

• Perform other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Business Administration or related fields

• 8+ years proven experience with client implementations / services, dealing with internal and external clients

• Good troubleshooting skills & communication skills

• Demonstrated planning skills.
