What does a successful Manager Project Management do?

At Fiserv, a successful Manager Project Management ensures predictable, consistent, and successful project delivery. You will plan, coordinate, and monitor projects with medium to large scope and budgets, partnering with key business stakeholders to ensure seamless project start-up and completion. This role operates under limited supervision with guidance from the Professional Services leader, contributing to the success of our Bank Solutions business unit.

What you will do:

  • Lead projects from intake through final implementation, collaborating with internal resources and external clients, while fostering ongoing client relationships.
  • Define scope, requirements, and project timelines for each initiative.
  • Develop detailed project plans and schedules.
  • Prepare and conduct both internal and external presentations.
  • Partner with other project/program managers and organizational entities to identify and monitor issues, impacts, and dependencies.
  • Own the change management process.
  • Control and track project performance, time allocations, cost, and quality by continuously evaluating project progress and conducting regular team and client status meetings.
  • Document new processes and procedures identified throughout the project relating to new product/feature functionality.
  • Support occasional weekend production events.

What you will need to have:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, including tracking and planning large-scale projects.
  • 5+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment.
  • 3+ years of experience with full product lifecycle with comprehension of development lifecycle and various technology methodologies that support it.
  • Bachelor's Degree in the appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience, and/or equivalent military experience.

What would be great to have:

  • Experience in banking, financial services, and/or software industries.
  • PMI certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • Experience managing software implementation projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Project.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 15%, as needed.

Salary Range

$88,500.00 - $158,100.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.

For incentive eligible associates, the successful candidate is eligible for an annual incentive opportunity which may be delivered as a mix of cash bonus and equity awards in the Company’s sole discretion.
