Relationship ManagerWhat does a successful Relationship Manager do?
As a successful Relationship Manager at Fiserv, you will lead the overall business relationship with a portfolio of clients from a strategic and consultative perspective. You will manage and grow relationships with senior-level decision-makers and influencers at assigned clients to foster customer loyalty and drive increased revenues.
What you will do:
- Act as the primary point of contact and trusted resource for clients, sales support, marketing, and management regarding ongoing operations.
- Build and maintain strong client partnerships that align with and support their business objectives through Fiserv’s solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive incremental revenue via innovative deal structures and partnerships.
- Identify and cultivate a pipeline of revenue-generating opportunities that enhance profitability and contribution margin.
- Achieve assigned sales quotas through contract renewals and cross-selling of products and services, in collaboration with product sales SMEs.
- Oversee daily operational activities for your assigned client portfolio, ensuring consistent service delivery.
- Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge, understand client needs, and consistently promote a positive image of Fiserv.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a combination of work, education, and military experience.
- 10+ years of experience in relationship management, sales, and/or account management with at least 7 years of experience in payments or banking.
- Experience managing, growing relationships, and implementing cross-functional strategies to drive growth with large clients.
- Experience working in the financial technology industry.
- Fluent in French and English.
What would be great to have:
- Knowledge of business and operations in Banking, Credit Card Processing, and Merchant Processing.
- Knowledge of Fiserv systems, including Salesforce or similar eCRM tools.
- Experience in sales and negotiating techniques and consultative selling skills with a consistent track record of negotiating, closing deals, and generating results in a timely manner.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, including host-based systems, especially financial data processing systems.
- MBA or equivalent graduate level degree.

En tant que Responsable des Relations Client chez Fiserv, vous serez chargé(e) de gérer la relation commerciale globale avec un portefeuille de clients, dans une approche stratégique et consultative. Vous développerez et renforcerez les relations avec les décideurs et influenceurs de haut niveau afin de favoriser la fidélité des clients et d’augmenter les revenus.
Vos missions :
- Être le point de contact principal et une ressource de confiance pour les clients, le support commercial, le marketing et la direction concernant les opérations en cours.
- Établir et entretenir des partenariats solides avec les clients, en alignement avec leurs objectifs commerciaux grâce aux solutions Fiserv.
- Développer et mettre en œuvre des plans stratégiques pour générer des revenus supplémentaires via des partenariats et des structures de contrats innovantes.
- Identifier et développer un pipeline d’opportunités génératrices de revenus, améliorant la rentabilité et la marge de contribution.
- Atteindre les objectifs de vente assignés grâce au renouvellement de contrats et à la vente croisée de produits et services, en collaboration avec les experts produits.
- Superviser les activités opérationnelles quotidiennes du portefeuille client, en assurant une prestation de service constante.
- Se tenir informé(e) des tendances du secteur et des produits, comprendre les besoins des clients et promouvoir une image positive de Fiserv.
Compétences et qualifications requises :
- Diplôme universitaire en administration des affaires ou combinaison équivalente d’expérience professionnelle, académique et militaire.
- Plus de 10 ans d’expérience en gestion de la relation client, vente et/ou gestion de comptes, dont au moins 7 ans dans les paiements ou la banque.
- Expérience dans la gestion et le développement de relations avec de grands comptes, et dans la mise en œuvre de stratégies transversales pour stimuler la croissance.
- Expérience dans le secteur des technologies financières.
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais.
Atouts supplémentaires :
- Connaissance des opérations bancaires, du traitement des cartes de crédit et du traitement des paiements commerçants.
- Connaissance des systèmes Fiserv, y compris Salesforce ou outils eCRM similaires.
- Expérience en techniques de vente, négociation et approche consultative, avec un historique de résultats concluants.
- Bonne maîtrise des systèmes informatiques, notamment ceux liés au traitement des données financières.
- MBA ou diplôme de niveau équivalent.
