Stay abreast of industry trends, standards, competitive offerings and emerging needs; translate insight into differentiated features
  • Commercial Ownership & Growth - Lead or support client-facing discussions, particularly with German-speaking clients. Build business cases, contribute to product P&L, support pricing, and respond to RFI/RFPs in partnership with Sales
  • Client Engagement - Act as the subject matter expert for your portfolio in customer and stakeholder forums. Partner with Sales/Client Relations to ensure clear positioning and confident client narratives. Support DACH region client relationships and market development
  • Cross-Functional Leadership - Serve as the primary liaison across Sales, Client Relations, Operations, Finance, Legal, Technology, Engineering, and PMO. Drive consensus in a matrix organisation and deliver against the product vision

Experience you’ll need to have:

  • Proven experience driving product strategy and go-to-market plans
  • Strong communicator able to work with business and technical stakeholders, including clients
  • Commercial acumen: experience building business cases, working with P&L, pricing, and RFP responses
  • Comfortable leading through influence in a matrix organisation

Experience that would be great to have:

  • 10+ years' experience in a product role; domain experience in payments or banking preferred
  • Experience in card payments, issuing, or core banking products preferred
  • Familiarity with DACH market dynamics and regulatory environment a plus
