You will partner with engineering and product leaders across platform, data, artificial intelligence (AI), and core banking programs to strengthen flow, quality, dependency management, and decision-making discipline. Your work will improve predictability, reduce rework, and help teams ship better software in controlled delivery environments

What you’ll do:

  • Facilitate program increment (PI) planning, dependency resolution, risk tracking, retrospectives, and delivery reviews across platform, data, AI, and core banking programs
  • Use flow metrics, cycle time, escaped defects, predictability, blocked time, and rework analysis to identify delivery constraints and drive corrective action
  • Improve engineering and product collaboration so teams make smaller decisions faster while maintaining financial, operational, and regulatory controls
  • Build practical coaching playbooks for distributed teams working on legacy modernization and fintech platform programs
  • Partner with stakeholders to improve delivery transparency, clarify dependencies, and strengthen execution discipline across squads
  • Reinforce agile mechanisms that measurably improve shipping outcomes, delivery quality, and release consistency
  • Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.

What you will need to have:

  • 6+ years of experience in agile delivery, engineering program leadership, delivery coaching, or transformation support within financial services technology, fintech, or complex enterprise software environments
  • 5+ years of experience facilitating Scrum, Kanban, PI planning, risk tracking, dependency management, retrospectives, and delivery reviews for software engineering teams
  • 5+ years of experience using flow metrics, cycle time, blocked time, escaped defects, rework analysis, and predictability measures to improve team delivery performance
  • 4+ years of experience partnering with engineering and product teams to improve planning, quality, release discipline, and decision-making in regulated or operationally complex environments
  • SAFe Program Consultant certification or similar agile certification, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience

What would be great to have:

  • Experience coaching distributed teams working on legacy modernization, platform engineering, data, or AI programs
  • Experience improving work-in-progress controls, dependency visibility, and cycle time within high-pressure delivery environments
  • Experience supporting delivery in payments, banking technology, or other regulated software domains
