  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities by addressing questions, validating workflows, and helping resolve issues that affect readiness
  • Communicate implementation progress, risks, and issues to internal stakeholders to support timely awareness and resolution
  • Provide application support during implementation activities and identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and delivery outcomes
  • Present product demonstrations as needed to support client understanding and solution adoption

  • 5+ years of experience supporting software implementation, integration, or delivery projects across the full project lifecycle
  • Experience working with third-party systems and translating business and operational requirements into implementation activities
  • Experience using ACH platforms, including PEP+ or similar payment processing applications
  • Ability to support functional testing, production support activities, and client training using clear written and verbal communication
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Experience working in Agile, iterative, incremental, or Waterfall delivery models
  • Experience presenting product demonstrations to clients or internal stakeholders
  • Experience identifying and implementing process improvements within implementation or support functions
  • Familiarity with outsourced payment processing or ACH utility operating models

How you'll work:
