ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to help fuel Pathwise’s pipeline growth by executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate, nurture, and convert leads. This is a hands-on execution role—you’ll build and deploy campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, SEO, and other channels, working closely with the Demand Generation & Marketing Operations Manager to turn strategy into results. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented marketer who thrives on execution, knows their way around HubSpot, and is energized by seeing campaign metrics improve week over week. You’ll have the opportunity to work across the full funnel—from awareness campaigns to conversion optimization—and grow your skills in a high-impact marketing team. This is a remote position open to candidates based anywhere in the US.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, paid search, paid social, webinars, retargeting, and SEO to generate a consistent flow of qualified leads
- Build and deploy email campaigns, landing pages, and nurture workflows in HubSpot in support of demand generation programs
- Monitor campaign performance against established targets, flagging optimization opportunities and recommending adjustments
- Support audience segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign targeting to improve conversion rates across the funnel
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
- Coordinate campaign logistics including creative assets, copy, scheduling, and cross-functional alignment
- Support sales alignment by ensuring campaign follow-up messaging and lead routing are properly configured
- Assist with reporting on key demand generation metrics including lead volume, CPL, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and channel performance
- Research and recommend new tactics, tools, and channels to improve lead generation efficiency and reach
- Support event marketing efforts including webinar promotion, conference lead capture, and post-event follow-up campaigns
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or a related execution-focused marketing role—ideally in B2B SaaS
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform (campaign setup, workflows, email, landing pages)
- Demonstrated capability to leverage AI tool and best practices to enhance marketing programs, analyze results, improve performance.
- Experience executing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar platforms
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfort with marketing analytics—you can pull a report, interpret results, and suggest next steps
- Solid written communication skills for email copy, ad copy, and landing page content
- Self-motivated and organized, comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Interest in and aptitude for learning new marketing technologies and AI-powered tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience in K-12 education technology (EdTech) or public sector marketing
- Familiarity with ABM tactics and tools (e.g., Propensity, 6sense, Demandbase)
- Experience with webinar platforms and event marketing workflows
- WordPress or basic web content management experience
