ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re hiring a Demand Generation & Marketing Operations Manager to build and run the engine that drives Pathwise’s pipeline growth. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that combines demand generation strategy and execution with marketing operations ownership—because at Pathwise, the person building the ops infrastructure is the same person who needs it to generate and convert leads. You’ll own lead generation programs, marketing automation (HubSpot), lead scoring, attribution, and campaign analytics. You’ll partner closely with sales and revenue operations to ensure marketing’s contribution to pipeline is measurable, predictable, and growing. This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable building nurture workflows and analyzing funnel conversion data as they are planning a multi-channel campaign. This is a remote position open to candidates based anywhere in the US.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own marketing-sourced pipeline generation, developing and executing integrated campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, ABM, SEO, and other high-leverage channels
  • Manage and optimize HubSpot as Pathwise’s marketing automation platform—including workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, email campaigns, and landing pages
  • Build and maintain lead scoring models and qualification frameworks that improve MQL-to-SQL conversion and marketing-to-sales handoff efficiency
  • Partner with revenue operations to ensure clean data flow between HubSpot and Salesforce, accurate attribution, and reliable reporting across the go-to-market lifecycle
  • Develop quarterly campaign roadmaps aligned to revenue targets, sales priorities, and product launch timelines
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, funnel metrics (MQL, SQL, CPL, pipeline contribution), and channel ROI—translating data into actionable recommendations
  • Identify, test, and scale new demand generation channels and tactics, prioritizing measurable ROI over volume
  • Manage lead flow processes to ensure sales receives qualified leads with proper context and follow-up workflows
  • Evaluate and implement new marketing technologies to improve efficiency, targeting, and measurement
  • Support campaign strategy planning to direct resources toward the highest-return channels and tactics

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B demand generation, marketing operations, or a combined role—ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Demonstrated capability to leverage AI tool and best practices to enhance marketing programs, analyze results, improve performance. Deep, hands-on expertise with HubSpot (automation, workflows, reporting, lead scoring) or comparable marketing automation platform
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to optimize campaigns, improve funnel performance, and inform investment decisions
  • Experience managing lead lifecycle processes and partnering with sales and revenue operations teams
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and ABM tools (e.g., Propensity, 6sense, Demandbase)
  • Proven ability to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns that generate measurable pipeline
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

BONUS POINTS

  • Experience in K-12 education technology (EdTech) or public sector marketing
  • Familiarity with ABM strategies for enterprise and mid-market accounts
  • Experience building marketing analytics dashboards and attribution models from scratch
