Responsibilities
Summary:
This role will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating share point sites, dashboards, and reports that showcase our data analytics capabilities supporting the Facilities and Construction Division. You will also collaborate with other data analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure the quality and accuracy of the data and the deliverables.
What You’ll Contribute Day-to-Day:
- Create and manage share point sites for data analytics projects, ensuring the security, accessibility, and usability of the data and the visualizations
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations that communicate data insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze and interpret data from various sources, using statistical and analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, SharePoint
- Identify and resolve data quality issues, anomalies, and discrepancies
- Provide technical support and guidance to other data analysts and share point users
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in data analytics and share point development.
Qualifications
You'll Be A Great Fit If you Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, share point development, or related roles
- Proficient in Excel, Power BI, SharePoint
- Experience in creating and managing share point sites, dashboards, and reports
- Strong technical and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data in simple and clear terms
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Passionate about data and eager to learn new skills and technologies
- Experience in Construction, Civil Engineering or Architecture preferred , but not required
