Your Objectives
Collaborate with sales leadership and marketing to launch targeted campaigns. Qualify and generate high-value leads within strategic enterprise accounts. Engage with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, through calls and emails. Analyze target company needs and craft tailored communication strategies. Maintain in-depth knowledge of Repsly's capabilities and customer success stories to inform outreach.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
- 2+ years of outbound enterprise SaaS prospecting or 3+ years in CPG field sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding BDR KPIs.
- Strong autonomy and initiative in driving sales efforts.
- Excellent attention to detail and professionalism.
- Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and cold calling is advantageous.
- Ability to influence and create urgency among prospects.
- Charismatic, energetic, and driven with a desire to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Growth mindset, ready to learn from your peers, leadership and customers.
- Bonus points for a willingness to be in the Boston office twice a week.
