A bit about the role:
This role reports to the Director, Marketing Operations, Global Brands
In this role, you’ll lead the global email marketing strategy and execution to drive engagement, conversion, and customer lifecycle acceleration.
The Demand Generation Manager partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Content, and Sales teams to deliver impactful, creative, and automated communications that nurture audiences from awareness to adoption.
This role balances strategic oversight, creative leadership, and technical understanding of automation systems to ensure world-class campaign performance and audience experience.
You are a creative strategist, equally comfortable conceptualizing engaging campaigns and interpreting data-driven insights.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, balancing creativity with operational precision, and are passionate about optimizing automated journeys to drive faster customer engagement and adoption.
As part of your job, you’ll be:
Developing and managing a comprehensive global email strategy that aligns with business and revenue goals.
Overseeing communications for the full campaign lifecycle — planning, briefing, creative development, testing, deployment, and reporting.
Managing segmentation, targeting, and journey mapping to support the full marketing funnel.
Partnering with the Marketing Automation Manager to coordinate campaign execution and ensure efficient workflows.
Establishing performance benchmarks and optimizing for open rate, CTR, and conversion improvements.
Creative Collaboration & Development
Collaborating closely with Marketing, Content, and Design teams to develop compelling creative assets for email and nurture campaigns.
Guiding the Copywriter in developing content that aligns with campaign objectives, brand tone, and audience insights.
Partnering with Marketing and Sales Enablement to ensure consistent messaging and positioning across communications.
Leading brainstorming sessions for new email approaches, creative testing, and storytelling innovations.
Overseeing production schedules and ensuring creative deliverables are completed on time and on brand.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partnering with the Marketing team to align email communications with event promotions, digital campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives.
Working with the Content team to repurpose key materials (e.g., webinars, guides, case studies) into nurture content.
Collaborating with Sales teams to align messaging around customer lifecycle touchpoints, re-engagement, and adoption campaigns.
Serving as a liaison between creative, operations, and data teams to ensure alignment from ideation to execution.
Automation & Journey Optimization
Partnering closely with the Marketing Automation Manager to audit, design, and enhance automated customer journeys.
Analyzing engagement and funnel performance data to identify drop-offs and opportunities to reduce “speed to adoption.”
Proposing new automation sequences and nurture programs to improve lead progression and conversion.
Working with the Automation and Data teams to improve trigger logic, personalization, and content relevance at scale.
Continuously testing, learning, and iterating on email cadence, messaging, and personalization strategies to enhance customer experience.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Defining and maintaining campaign KPIs and regularly sharing insights with stakeholders.
Collaborating with the Marketing Analyst to report on performance trends, conversions, and ROI.
Presenting campaign findings and recommendations for optimization to leadership.
Ensuringadherence to compliance standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and deliverability best practices.
Skills & Qualifications
5–7 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.
Strong background in managing creative processes and collaborating cross-functionally.
Advanced knowledge of email automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
Data-driven mindset with demonstrated success improving campaign engagement and conversion rates.
Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
Experience with HTML email templates, deliverability, and testing tools a plus.

The benefits:
The salary band for this position ranges from $85,000-95,000 based on experience
This position will be eligible for a competitive bonus structure
