A bit about the role

We’re looking for a driven, energetic Sales Manager who thrives on challenge, brings creativity to their approach, and shows up every day with a positive, can-do attitude. This is a role for someone who doesn’t just meet targets—but is motivated to exceed them, build meaningful relationships, and make a real commercial impact.

As part of your job, you’ll be:

  • Drive growth across Europe by proactively sourcing new business and converting inbound leads with speed and impact
  • Unlock revenue opportunities across digital and sponsorship channels using a creative, multi-channel sales approach
  • Own and exceed your targets, consistently delivering strong commercial performance
  • Put customers first, creating exceptional experiences that build loyalty and long-term partnerships
  • Stay ahead of the market, using insights and trends to shape sales strategies and uncover new opportunities
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through smart prospecting, relationship building, and effective call management
  • Maximise account value through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Content, and Operations to deliver seamless, customer-focused solutions
  • Stay organised and data-driven, using CRM tools and reporting to manage your activity and performance

Here’s what we’re looking for from you:

  • Proven sales expertise – at least 5 years’ experience in the European market, ideally in B2B environments
  • A track record of success, consistently hitting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Resilience and tenacity, with experience re-engaging and winning back lapsed clients
  • Confidence and credibility, comfortable negotiating with senior stakeholders and C-level executives
  • A creative, opportunity-led mindset, always looking for new ways to grow revenue
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to quickly build trust and rapport
  • A positive, energetic attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for sales
  • Commercial awareness, staying on top of industry trends and market developments
  • Strong organisational skills, with experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines effectively
  • Flexibility to travel across Europe and engage with clients in-market
  • Additional language skills are a plus, but not essential
