Launchpad Sales Programme – New York

Building on the success of Hyve Launchpad London, we’re excited to launch Hyve Launchpad New York.

This is not a standard graduate programme. It’s a commercial accelerator designed for ambitious, driven individuals who want to build a serious career in sales and business growth.

We’re looking for people with energy, resilience, commercial instinct and the hunger to win. Whether you’re a recent graduate, have chosen a different path or already have some sales or customer-facing experience, this programme is about potential!

At Hyve Group, we launch and scale some of the fastest-growing B2B events across industries including fintech, retail, ecommerce, and technology. Our Global Ventures team operates like an internal start-up - fast-paced, entrepreneurial and built for people who want responsibility early.

From day one, you’ll operate with the mindset of a founder: owning your market, driving decisions, and building your territory with real autonomy.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Generate new business opportunities
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers
  • Sell high-value sponsorship and event partnerships
  • Negotiate and close commercial deals
