Channel Account Manager

Wyebot is a fast-growing company, leading innovation in wireless intelligence and network assurance. We are currently seeking a Channel Account Manager to help grow our channel footprint in North America. This role will carry a primary focus on building pipeline and growing channel revenue with strategic national technology partners. This position requires the candidate to be extremely motivated, results-driven and have a strong network within the national technology partner ecosystem.
Responsibilities
● Expand relationships and partner-led sales within assigned strategic partners
● Collaborate with partners to help them evangelize Wyebot’s channel programs and resources to proactively introduce Wyebot solutions to their customers
● Conduct both on-site & virtual partner training and demos required to increase partner skills, competency, and commitment to the Wyebot Partner Program
● Work cross-functionally with channel sales, customer sales, operations, support, and engineering to build business alignment and grow sales through the channel
● Coordinate partner access to pre sales resources including: customer sales, sales engineering, marketing, overlay resources and other internal Wyebot departments/resources as appropriate
● Coordinate partner access to post sales resources including: provisioning, programming, technical support and Customer Success as appropriate
● Resolve partner related issues and sales conflicts in an ethical and fair manner aligned with Wyebot’s rules of engagement and go-to-market strategy
● Support inbound partner inquiries including deal registrations to connect partners with the correct Wyebot resources and facilitate introductions to move the process forward
Qualifications
● 5+ years of technology partner experience selling into channels with experience in business development and driving revenue and opportunities
● You will have a demonstrated track record of success in facilitating partner-led sales and executive relationship building
● Strong and consistent track record of overachieving sales goals
● Have a strong grasp of solution and value-based selling, preferably from experience garnered working in the enterprise IT space
● Experience growing relationships and sales with DMRs, VARs and MSPs specifically
● Superior oral/written communication and listening skills are also a must, given the diversity of role types you will engage with on a daily basis
● Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment; must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter and problem solver
● SaaS sales experience preferred
● Experience working within the Networking/WiFi industry a plus
● Ability to cultivate partner relationships internally, externally, and across teams, as well as the ability to align and bring stakeholders together to drive mutually beneficial outcomes
● Embody the trusted advisor mentality
● Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
● Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM system
