About The Position | Major Goals and Objectives and Location Requirements:
Reporting to the Director, Measurement Operations, the Manager will serve as a strategic consultant to our internal measurement team and vendor partners, supporting the technical aspect of measurement studies and data partnerships across the People, Inc. portfolio of brands. The manager will support measurement operational strategy and identity-driven initiatives defined by leadership. The Manager will have strong knowledge of advertising measurement principles, methods and ad effectiveness techniques, and can project manage from ‘problem’ to ‘solution’ independently. This role will have a particular emphasis on supporting and ensuring success, and efficiencies, for the internal measurement team and our data connections with vendors.
Schedule Requirements:
Hybrid 3x a week- (NYC)
In-office Expectations: This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week.
About The Team | The Team and/or Brand:
The People Inc. Measurement team is instrumental growing yield across 30MM+ daily sessions spanning 20+ of the world’s best premium brands.
About The Position’s Contributions:
Manage all aspects of measurement tagging from generation to discrepancy reporting
Maintain all mapping registries and translation tables
Support the implementation and operationalization of People, Inc.’s identity framework (e.g.- tagging, data flows and vendor integrations)
Monitor and run recurring measurement partner data feeds
Track taxonomy inconsistencies
Generate operational documentation and change logs
Create best practices for measurement identities to obtain high match rates
The Role’s Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:
Education:
A four-year college degree is required
Experience:
4+ years of experience at a media, agency, brand or measurement vendor that includes managing digital ad and/or measurement operations
Experience directly managing vendors, project timelines and giving strategic direction and feedback to those executing projects
Advertising background with emphasis on web, mobile, video, and social
Basic familiarity with measurement methodologies
Proven analytic and project management skills
Specific Knowledge, Skills, Certifications and Abilities:
Ability to project manage multiple research projects and prioritize in time-sensitive environments
Strong SQL (comfortable in BigQuery)
Working knowledge of identity frameworks, including first-party identifiers, identity resolution and integrations
Ability to read raw CSV/JSON feeds
Excellent communication skills amongst many stakeholders
Strategic thinker and ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple understandings

Pay Range
Salary: New York: $87,500.00 - $105,000.00The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of People Inc's total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
